Service RepresentativesOur service representatives are courteous, neat, dependable, professional and conscientious. They are well trained and authorized to make many of the decisions directly affecting their accounts. Whether it is changing a pop selection or setting up a new refund system, our people can take care of many situations without having to consult their supervisors. They have a great deal of responsibility and take great pride in their work. They are entrepreneurs of sorts who must live up to high expectations and standards.
RoutebookThe most important part of having an excellent product line is using it to its full potential. We use a routebook system to track and maximize sales. This puts the decision making at the route level and avoids the complication and barriers that are often created by the use of technology to do something simple. Our routebooks make detailed records of individual product sales that are used to make knowledgeable decisions from. This provides very consistent service even when the normal person is sick or on vacation. Most vendors either use no system or use a system that is so complex that the vending service has to compromise on their ideals to accommodate the system. We invested a great deal of time and money into a system such as this and found that it made us into a company that we did not want to be.
PreparednessWe take great pride in having our account service people prepared for anything. They have assorted tools, light bulbs, change, pop tags, refund pads and cleaning supplies. All of our people have cell phones that allow them to communicate effectively so as to resolve problems fast. Since our service people often find problems or are closest to check out them out, they are trained to identify and repair many problems.
